Shift Leader - Filling Department Contract: Permanent, Full-time Hours/Shift Pattern: 42 hours per week | 4 on 4 off (7-7) | Days & Nights Are you an experienced people leader looking for your next challenge in food manufacturing? We're looking for a proactive Shift Leader to join our Filling Department at Müller in Telford. In this role, you'll lead and support a production team to deliver safe, high-quality products while achieving performance targets across safety, quality, service and cost. Lead your shift team to achieve Safety, Quality, Service, Cost and People objectives. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. Manage team performance effectively, providing coaching, support and development where needed. Previous experience in a high-volume food manufacturing environment. Proven leadership and people management experience. Knowledge of food safety, quality standards and audit requirements. Strong awareness of Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Environmental standards. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Competent user of Microsoft Office applications.
