What you’ll be doing:
- Managing customer orders using systems such as SAP and AS400, ensuring orders are accurate and on time
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers and Supply Chain partners, resolving queries and service issues
- Owning service level reporting and proactively identifying and resolving performance trends
- Maintaining accurate customer data and communicating updates across the business
- Supporting cross functional meetings and collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery
- Creating and following standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and excellence
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in supply chain or customer service with strong Excel skills
- A confident communicator with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Ability to manage priorities, solve problems and work to tight deadlines
- A team player who takes ownership and builds strong relationships
- Desirable experience with SAP, AS400 or Cognos and an understanding of FMCG supply chains
