- Availability to receive emergency calls out of hours, to be able to provide remote support when in need.
- Ability to work alongside a continuous improvement team to achieve a universal goal, analysing; documenting and validating along the way.
- The ideal candidate will have strong process background within a food manufacturing environment, a high level problem solving capability, the ability to process map and can collaboratively work with other internal stakeholders., Operational Excellence Overview and Waste Management.
- All Dairy Technical Competency Workshops OR L3 Dairy Operator. Apprenticeship Process mapping.
- Basic logic / PLC fault finding.
