Contract: Permanent / Full-Time

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7am - 7pm (Days)

Salary: £33,906 per annum

As a Quality Compliance Technician, you will:

  • Support and coach operational teams on quality and hygiene principles.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) to implement robust corrective actions.
  • Promote hygienic working practices aligned with factory standards.
  • Conduct audits and agree corrective actions with relevant teams.
  • Follow up on non-compliances and ensure resolution.
  • Champion health & safety to reduce risks and incidents.
  • Update daily quality KPIs and communicate issues to operations.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication skills across all levels.
  • Auditing experience and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT-based auditing tools.
