Are you passionate about quality and compliance in manufacturing? We are looking for a Quality Compliance Technician to join our team in Telford. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our products and processes meet the highest standards.
As a Quality Compliance Technician, you will:
- Support and coach operational teams on quality and hygiene principles.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) to implement robust corrective actions.
- Promote hygienic working practices aligned with factory standards.
- Conduct audits and agree corrective actions with relevant teams.
- Follow up on non-compliances and ensure resolution.
- Champion health & safety to reduce risks and incidents.
- Update daily quality KPIs and communicate issues to operations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication skills across all levels.
- Auditing experience and attention to detail.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT-based auditing tools.
- Working knowledge of HACCP principles.
