Salary: £38,414 + Overtime (1.5x)

Shift: 4 on 4 off (Days only - 7am to 7pm)

We're looking for a Quality Control Coordinator to join Müller at our Telford site. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards, supporting laboratory operations, and driving food safety excellence across the site. Working alongside the Quality Control Manager and wider technical team, you'll act as a key link between the lab and operations, ensuring accurate testing, reporting, and continuous improvement of quality processes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing out-of-specification (OOS) results and supporting root cause investigations
  • Producing quality reports, highlighting trends and driving corrective actions
  • Ensuring all testing meets brand and customer standards
  • Maintaining laboratory equipment, calibration, and compliance
  • Supporting audits, traceability studies, and accreditation standards (CLAS)
  • Managing laboratory consumables and stock control
  • Supporting factory trials, shelf‑life analysis, and technical projects
  • Maintaining and developing LIMS systems and documentation

What we're looking for:

  • Previous laboratory or quality experience (food or FMCG desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confident communicator with good problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience of working with data, reporting or technical systems (e.g. LIMS advantageous)
