We’re looking for an experienced and driven QA Quality Improvement Specialist to support quality and process improvement initiatives across our three manufacturing sites.
This is a technically focused role requiring strong cross-functional collaboration with site teams and Group Functions.
What You’ll Be Doing: Act as the Quality lead for implementation of EPD and NPD across all Yogurt and Dessert sites, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and technical input.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives and support cost-effective recipe changes and process improvements.
Develop and maintain systems to monitor quality and food safety performance.
Support root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality issues.
Mentor and coach team members, promoting professional standards and company values.
Facilitate best practice sharing across sites and support the development of operational strategy.
Project Management Responsibilities: Lead quality-related elements of continuous improvement projects in line with business and operational goals.
Support quality systems during commissioning of new assets.
Oversee specification management for EPD and NPD, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure ingredient information is approved and available pre-launch.
Ensure all NPD documentation meets BRCGS, retailer and third-party certification standards.
What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in a technical quality role within food manufacturing, ideally across multiple sites.
Strong understanding of quality systems, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience with SAP, digital QMS tools, and project management.
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for driving change.
