Full time permanent contract, working 5 over 7 days covering days/backs. £13.46 hourly pay.

We're recruiting for a Milk Filling Operative L3 within our Production department at our Müller Bellshill Dairy. This role will involve operating our manufacturing machinery in order to produce the best quality product. You will need to have a strong team working ethic, be results driven and proactive.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Operate our machinery and processes effectively, delivering the required product output.
  • Maintain hygiene standards within the workplace as per standard working conditions.
  • System upkeep and related responsibilities.
  • Cleaning activities.
  • Quality control inspection, assuring customer expectations are maintained.
  • Materials replenishment as required.
  • First line maintenance checks.

Demonstrable skills, experience and knowledge within the following:

  • Previous manual packing work desirable, though not necessary.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration.
  • Capability & Accountability.
  • A flexible approach; able to adapt to changing daily production plans.
