We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative (milkfilling) within our Production department at our Bellshill site. This role will involve operating our manufacturing machinery in order to produce the best quality product. You will need to have a strong team working ethic, be results driven and proactive.
Contract: Full Time / Permanent (39 hours)
Salary: Starting from £12.19 per hour (Base pay) plus the following premiums:
- 1.25 x Basic Hourly Rate (Sat Working)
- 1.5 x Basic Hourly Rate (Sun Working)
- 2 x Basic Hourly Rate (Public Holidays)
- 23% Basic Hourly Rate (Unsociable Hours (6pm - 4am))
- 1.5 x Basic hourly Rate (overtime)
Shift Pattern: Weekly rotational shifts AM / PM, 5 out of 7 days
Location: Bellshill
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Operate our machinery and processes effectively, delivering the required product output.
- Maintain hygiene standards within the workplace as per standard working conditions.
- System upkeep and related responsibilities.
- Cleaning activities.
- Quality control inspection, assuring customer expectations are maintained.
- Materials replenishment as required.
- First line maintenance checks.
