Join Our Team at Müller – Warehouse Operatives. The purpose of the role is to manually pack milk into trolleys, move trolleys and empty trolleys across the chill, working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining knowledge of products and processes involved in the day-to-day delivery of goods.
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (plus below premiums)
- 1.5x for Overtime
- 1.25x for Saturdays
- 1.5x for Sundays
- 23% uplift for unsociable hours (6PM – 4AM)
Location: Leeds Depot (WF6 1RY)
Warehouse Operative Key Responsibilities:
- Operate chill trolley packers and shrink-wrappers
- Load and unload inbound/outbound vehicles
- Rotate stock and check date codes
- Follow SOPs, work instructions, and risk assessments
- Maintain high hygiene standards – clean as you go
- Conduct quality control checks to meet product standards
- Replenish materials and support team training
- Communicate effectively across departments
- Carry out additional duties as required
