This position offers full autonomy, end‑to‑end accountability, and the opportunity to lead operational excellence on shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing operations across your shift, ensuring delivery of KPIs and continuous improvement.
- Empower and coach your team to solve problems and drive performance.
- Own and deliver Operational Excellence (OE) projects aligned to business goals.
- Make real‑time decisions using PDCA and go, look, see techniques.
- Manage team development, performance reviews, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and product integrity standards.

- Proven experience in manufacturing, production, or operations leadership.
- Strong coaching, problem‑solving, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to lead with autonomy and minimal escalation.
