The Marketing Graduate Programme is designed to develop the next generation of Marketing leaders within Müller. Over the course of the programme you will help lead the development of the dairy category in the UK, working closely with retailers and our account teams. You will gain hands‑on experience analysing product and consumer data, generating key business insights and supporting the launch of innovative products, while developing essential skills for future careers. You will work on real projects and receive tailored training to build a strong foundation for a career in Marketing. After completing the programme you will continue to expand your expertise and prepare for a senior role within the Marketing department.

What’s Included in the Programme?

  • Market and Brand Analysis: Conduct data‑driven analysis of brand and market information to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Consumer Expertise: Become an expert on your consumer, understanding their needs and preferences to shape the brand’s direction.
  • Brand Ownership: Take charge of the day‑to‑day management of the brand segment you are responsible for, ensuring growth and alignment with overall objectives.
