At Müller, we're passionate about bringing great quality products to life and making them easy to find and love online. We're now looking for an eCommerce Executive to join our growing team and help shape the performance of our online sales channels. This is a hands‑on role where you'll support the day-to‑day execution of our eCommerce plans with key retailers. Working closely with sales, marketing and category teams, you'll help optimise the digital shelf, improve the customer journey and drive commercial performance across our online estate.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the day‑to‑day execution of eCommerce plans across retail partners
  • Managing and optimising digital shelf performance including product content and search ranking
  • Owning the Brandbank process alongside brand managers and sales teams for NPD launches and delists
  • Tracking and reporting weekly performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion and share of search
  • Monitoring competitor activity and online trends to spot risks and opportunities
  • Reviewing promotional performance and ROI, making recommendations for optimisation
  • Supporting budget tracking for retail media and online activation

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years' experience in eCommerce, digital or commercial roles, ideally within FMCG or retail
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with confidence using Excel
  • A commercial mindset with strong communication skills
  • Organised, proactive and detail focused
  • Experience working with retailers and exposure to online trading, digital shelf management or retail media would be a bonus, but not essential
