We are currently recruiting Machine Operatives to join our Blow Moulding department, operating bottle supply equipment to achieve required standards of performance and support manufacturing operations. This role has a stronger focus on machine set up, fault finding and performance, and would suit candidates with previous machine or production experience in a manufacturing environment.

Location: Bellshill

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - Days & Nights (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)

Salary: £29,290.59 per annum

Key responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate and monitor bottle supply and de bagging machinery
  • Carry out fault finding and respond to equipment issues
  • Complete traceability documentation and production records accurately
  • Support changeovers and adjustments to minimise downtime
  • Control bottle and film waste, including reprocessing where required
  • Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards to Grade A level
  • Support manufacturing lines safely as required
  • Report and escalate Health & Safety or quality concerns appropriately

    • 2x basic pay rate for Christmas Day & New Year's Day
