As consumer demand for gut health products continues to grow, we're looking for a Customer Demand Manager to play a key role in ensuring our products are available on shelf, at the right time, in the right quantities.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business where your decisions directly influence customer service, product availability, waste reduction and commercial success.

You'll work closely with major UK retailers, commercial teams, supply planning and production partners to turn demand signals into clear, accurate forecasts that drive the business forward.

What You'll Be Doing

Key responsibilities include

  • Owning the end-to-end demand forecasting process across all products.
  • Working closely with major UK retailers to understand promotions, range reviews and volume-driving activities.
  • Developing accurate forecasts that support excellent customer service while minimising waste.
  • Partnering with supply planning teams to identify and communicate supply risks early.
  • Supporting new product launches and managing product phase-ins and phase-outs within the forecasting process.
  • Analysing forecast performance and driving continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates with experience in demand planning, forecasting, customer supply or supply chain roles within FMCG, ideally chilled products.

You'll likely bring

  • Previous experience in demand planning or forecasting within FMCG.
  • A strong understanding of how demand forecasts translate into production and supply plans.
  • Experience working with retailer forecasting systems and portals.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience presenting data clearly to different audiences.
  • Experience using systems such as SAP and Futur Master would be advantageous.
  • What Success Looks Like

You'll thrive in this role if you

  • Enjoy working with data and turning insights into action.
  • Can confidently manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Build strong relationships across commercial, supply chain and retailer teams.
  • Take ownership and enjoy solving problems before they become issues.
  • Have the energy and drive to help support the continued growth of an ambitious FMCG brand.

Why Join Biotiful?

At Biotiful, you'll join a business that combines the agility of a high-growth brand with the ambition to lead and shape the future of the gut health category.

You'll have real influence, broad exposure across the supply chain, and the opportunity to make an impact in a business where your ideas and contributions are valued.

What's In It For You?

  • Competitive salary and bonus package.
  • Opportunity to work with leading UK retailers and supply chain partners.
  • Modern Hammersmith office with onsite gym facilities.
  • Exposure to every aspect of a fast-growing FMCG business.

• As much Biotiful kefir as your gut desires!

If you're looking for a role where you can use your analytical skills, influence key business decisions and help drive the growth of a category-leading brand, we'd love to hear from you.
