- Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday (40 hours)
Logistics Excellence Coordinator Key Responsibilities
- Support site leadership teams in delivering annual Logistics Excellence plans aligned with SMART objectives.
- Govern and guide the implementation of Muller Excellence standards.
- Identify and drive efficiency improvements across both sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce costs and eliminate process bottlenecks.
- Lead and support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Deliver training programs on operational excellence tools and techniques.
- Track progress using dashboards and presentations, reporting to the wider business.
- Share best practices across the UK MMiD estate and support strategic deployment of annual plans.
What We’re Looking For
- Essential
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or logistics environments.
- Strong presentation and Microsoft Office skills.
- Full Cat B driving licence.
- Ability to influence at all levels and communicate effectively.
- Growth mindset with a proactive, reliable, and organised approach.
- Desirable
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Basic leadership experience.
