We are recruiting Class 1 LGV C+E Drivers at our Droitwich Depot within the Müller Milk and Ingredients Distribution Business. We offer full‑time work schedules and no overnight stays.

Contract: Full Time / Permanent

Location: Pointon Way, Stonebridge Cross Business Park, Droitwich WR9 0LW

Shift Pattern: 5 over 7 inclusive of weekends

Potential on‑target earning from £46,000 per annum (based on shift premiums below)

Rate of Pay

Day shift: Monday–Friday £16.63 per hour
Day shift: Saturday £18.71 per hour
Day shift: Sunday £24.95 per hour
Night shift: Monday–Friday £19.00 per hour
Night shift: Saturday £21.38 per hour
Night shift: Sunday £28.51 per hour

Overtime rate: £18.71

Class 1 Driver Role & Responsibilities

As an Inbound Driver, transport milk from farms to sites within the network (including loading and reloading), ensuring timely deliveries and accurate documentation.
Ensure compliance with all safety and transportation regulations.
Prioritise safety and respect all other road users.
Conduct driver and vehicle checks correctly.
Plan routes to avoid safety restrictions, road works, and traffic issues.
Maintain a highly professional attitude in all situations.
