We are recruiting for a Graduate Intern Attraction and Recruitment Specialist. Are you passionate about attracting future talent and creating an outstanding early careers recruitment experience? Müller Services Ltd is looking for an experienced and engaging Graduate Intern Attraction and Recruitment Specialist to join the team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to lead graduate and intern recruitment activity across our UK business, building strong talent pipelines and working closely with hiring managers, universities and external partners.

Location: Droitwich Dairy (WR9 0LW) - Hybrid working

Contract: 9-month fixed-term contract

Salary: Competitive

Important Information: This role will require travel across our UK sites with occasional overnight stays, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and deliver attraction strategies to engage top graduate and intern talent across the UK
  • Build strong relationships with universities, careers services and early careers networks
  • Represent Müller at careers fairs, insight days and virtual events
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
