We’re seeking an experienced Transport Shift Manager to join our team at our Bellshill Depot (ML4 3NY). This full-time, permanent role involves leading and developing your team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance across transport operations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver OGSM targets through KPI management and performance coaching.
  • Manage people effectively, including reviews, development plans, and employee relations.
  • Champion health and safety and ensure legal/audit compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve performance and embed MMID behaviours.

Shift - Sunday - Wednesday, 0600 starts (10 hour shifts)
