What You’ll Do As part of our site engineering team, you’ll take ownership of planning and stores operations, ensuring our maintenance activities are well-coordinated and supported by the right inventory.
You’ll work closely with the Site Engineering Manager and lead a small team to deliver improvements in planned maintenance, stock control, and downtime reduction.
Your responsibilities will include: Creating and managing weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance plans Leading the stores function, ensuring stock accuracy and alignment with BOMs Collaborating on budget planning and supplier compliance Reporting key KPIs and participating in network planning calls Supporting cross-functional communication to ensure asset availability Managing and developing a team of two Engineering Stores Operatives What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone with: A background in engineering or planning Experience using CMMS systems and SAP Strong people management and organisational skills Fluency in English Experience in the dairy industry is desirable What You’ll Get in Return We believe in rewarding our people.
