What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and delivery of category growth plans and the SBD Vision, including Perfect Store Standards across all formats (in‑store and online).
- Act as the primary category contact for your customer base, supported by a clear external contact strategy.
- Drive simple, effective cross‑functional communication on category performance, NPD status and actionable insights.
- Represent the voice of the customer and category in brand development, acting as a Brand Champion.
- Support a coaching culture, encouraging team development and collaboration.
- Contribute to strategic business processes including SBRs, account planning and JBPs.
- Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities, turning insights into compelling commercial stories.
What You’ll Bring
