Location: Bristol (Cabot Park, Industrial Estate, BS11 0YW)
Salary: £16.63ph - £28.50ph plus £40 weekly allowance
Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7 (Tuesday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm) 47.5 hours per week.
Are you passionate about developing drivers, improving road safety, and making a real impact every day? We are looking for a dedicated HGV Driver Trainer to support and develop our LGV drivers across the business.
What we are looking for:
- Strong communicator with hands-on driver training experience
- Confident delivering both practical and classroom-based training
- Excellent knowledge of EU and RTWTD regulations
- Experience using digital tachographs and compliance systems
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an LGV C+E driver
Essential:
- LGV C+E licence
- Driver CPC
- Experience delivering driver training
Desirable:
- NRI (RTITB) DCPC qualification
- IOSH or First Aid
- Experience with telematics (Connexus/Tachomaster)
