We are currently recruiting Machine Operatives to join our Blow Moulding department, operating bottle supply equipment to achieve required standards of performance and support manufacturing operations. This role has a stronger focus on machine set‑up, fault finding and performance, and would suit candidates with previous machine or production experience in a manufacturing environment.
Location: Bellshill
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off – Days & Nights (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am)
Salary: £29,290.59 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate and monitor bottle supply and de‑bagging machinery
- Carry out fault finding and respond to equipment issues
- Complete traceability documentation and production records accurately
- Support changeovers and adjustments to minimise downtime
- Control bottle and film waste, including reprocessing where required
- Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards to Grade A level
- Support manufacturing lines safely as required
- Report and elevate Health & Safety or quality concerns appropriately
