Job Description

Account Project Executive

12 month FTC

Telford (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)

A unique opportunity has arisen to join the Müller Yogurt & Desserts Commercial team on a 12 month fixed term contract as Account Project Executive within the Private Label team.

Job Purpose:

As Account Project Executive, you will report into the Senior National Account Manager and have a supporting role for delivery of the Muller Private Label P&L within one of our top strategic customers through the execution of key projects. You will apply your experience and organisational skills to enable the team to achieve ambitious targets, ensuring all projects are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management;
  • Leading the internal management and delivery of business as usual projects – rebrands/redesigns, recipe renovation, etc. Engaging and influencing stakeholders, escalating any issues and liaising with the customer to ensure seamless execution
  • Supporting the project management for new product launches into market
  • Ensuring all internal and customer admin is completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Customer Management;
  • Being reactive to ad hoc customer requests e.g. cases, samples, escalating customer complaints etc.
  • Collaborative working on project delivery and guiding customer expectations
  • Stakeholder Management;
  • Aligning internal functions behind project workstream
  • Clear communication of delays/set-backs and problem solving

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience of project delivery and customer management
  • Confident managing critical paths to deliver projects on time
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and able to influence to deliver against key milestones
  • Knowledge of project gate management processes through monthly business cycles preferred but not essential
