Operational Excellence Process Technology Lead Location: Telford Working pattern: Monday to Friday About the role We’re recruiting an Operational Excellence Process Technology Lead to support our manufacturing operation in Telford. This is a key site-based role focused on operational excellence, process reliability and technical capability development. You will act as the subject matter expert for the Müller Production System (MPS) within the unit, coaching teams at all levels and driving sustainable improvements in efficiency, quality, cost and performance. This is not a people-management role, instead, you’ll influence, coach and develop capability across the unit.
