As a Site HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the colleague experience and driving our people agenda on site. Location : Droitwich Depot - WR9 0LW Contract : Full-time | Permanent Competitive salary : (paid monthly) Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday (40 hours per week) What you’ll be doing Leading the delivery of the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to exit Building strong relationships with trade unions and site stakeholders to support business goals Coaching and supporting managers on people matters, policies and best practice Driving engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the site Using HR data and insights to influence decision making and improve performance Supporting workforce planning, talent development and succession activity
