Operational Hygiene Operative to join our night shift team at Droitwich Dairy.
This is a key role within our production operation, helping to maintain the high hygiene standards that underpin food safety, product quality, and operational excellence across the site.
As part of the Hygiene team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our production areas, equipment, and machinery are cleaned, maintained, and ready to support efficient production.
You'll play an essential role in ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality products to our customers while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Operating industrial cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively within a food production environment.
- Carrying out Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) processes to maintain exceptional hygiene standards across production lines.
- Ensuring all cleaning activities are completed in line with site standards, procedures, and food safety requirements.
- Supporting the site's 5S and workplace organisation initiatives.
- Completing quality and hygiene inspections to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company standards.
- Replenishing cleaning chemicals, consumables, and hygiene materials as required.
- Conducting basic equipment checks and reporting any defects or maintenance concerns.
- Contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the site.
