We are recruiting for a Human Resources Manager to join our Droitwich Depot within our Müller Milk & Ingredients business. At Müller Milk & Ingredients, we’re passionate about bringing high quality, nutritious dairy products to millions while creating a workplace where people can thrive. As a Site HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the colleague experience and driving our people agenda on site. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being close to operations.

Location: Droitwich Depot - WR9 0LW

Contract: Full-time | Permanent

Competitive salary: (paid monthly)

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the delivery of the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to exit
  • Building strong relationships with trade unions and site stakeholders to support business goals
  • Coaching and supporting managers on people matters, policies and best practice
  • Driving engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the site
  • Using HR data and insights to influence decision making and improve performance
  • Supporting workforce planning, talent development and succession activity
  • Working closely with recruitment and HR teams to deliver an excellent candidate and onboarding experience

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience across core HR generalist activities with a solid understanding of HR policies and legislation
  • Confidence delivering training and coaching stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data effectively
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A collaborative approach with empathy and emotional intelligence
  • Knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive employee data
  • Experience of a manufacturing environment would be beneficial
