Cream Packing Operative to join our Droitwich Dairy.
As part of our production team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our dairy products are packed to the highest quality standards and delivered safely to our customers.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality are essential.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Manually packing dairy products into boxes and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.
- Carrying out routine quality checks to ensure products are fit for purpose and meet customer expectations.
- Following standard operating procedures, work instructions, and site safety requirements.
- Operating equipment and production processes effectively to achieve daily output targets.
- Replenishing materials and packing supplies as required.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping through a "clean as you go" approach.
- Supporting the training and development of colleagues on relevant tasks and processes.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Supporting general production activities, including product handling, packing, movement of goods, and basic equipment operation.
- Assisting with maintaining operational standards across the department.
