Are you ready to take your technical expertise on the road? Müller is seeking a dynamic
Technical Manager – Ingredients
to lead customer-focused technical initiatives across our commercial ingredients portfolio.

This is a field-based role offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact across multiple sites and customer locations.

What You\’ll Do

• Be the technical face of Müller for ingredient customers, providing expert support and troubleshooting.
• Lead joint business plans and technical projects with key clients.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance across all ingredient-related operations.
• Deliver training and development to internal teams and customers.
• Represent Müller in audits, trials, and first production runs.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in dairy science and technology.

What You\’ll Bring

• A degree in Food Science or equivalent vocational experience.
• Advanced knowledge of dairy processes, food chemistry, microbiology, and HACCP.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A passion for excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
