Join Mller Milk & Ingredients as a Shift Manager and take ownership of a high-impact leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. These newly created positions offer full autonomy, end-to-end accountability, and the opportunity to lead operational excellence on shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing operations across your shift, ensuring delivery of KPIs and continuous improvement.
- Empower and coach your team to solve problems and drive performance.
- Own and deliver Operational Excellence (OE) projects aligned to business goals.
- Make real-time decisions using PDCA and 'go, look, see' techniques.
- Manage team development, performance reviews, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and product integrity standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in manufacturing, production, or operations leadership.
- Strong coaching, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to lead with autonomy and minimal escalation.
