As Site HR Manager, you'll play a key role in leading a critical integration project, supporting colleagues through change while setting the foundations for a high performing, people-first culture.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting HR activity across a key site integration project, ensuring a smooth, compliant and positive colleague transition
- Assisting TUPE processes end-to-end, including employee engagement, communication and transition planning
- Coordinating on-site activity such as roadshows and briefings, ensuring colleagues feel informed, supported and confident throughout change
- Providing 1:1 support to colleagues, including guidance on new systems and ways of working such as digital payslips
- Ensuring compliance with employment requirements, including completion of right to work checks and accurate employee data capture
- Managing the transition of employee records from paper files to digital systems, driving consistency and efficiency
- Taking ownership of local recruitment activity during the integration, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
- Partnering with site leadership to maintain engagement, performance and stability during a period of change
What we're looking for:
- A confident HR professional with generalist experience, ideally within a fast-paced or operational environment
- Suitable for a HR Officer or HR Advisor looking for a step up
- Proven experience supporting organisational change, TUPE or integration activity
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
- Resilient and calm under pressure, with a hands-on and pragmatic approach
- Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards, with up-to-date employment law knowledge
