Location: East Kilbride or Market Drayton / Hybrid - 3 days per week on site.
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will join a team of IT specialists in the areas of User Workplace Systems in order to deliver highly available and reliable services to all relevant stakeholders at Mller Group. Included are standards of all hardware, software and selected services. Responsible for quality, efficiency, reliability and functionality of the end user's technology.
What you'll do:
- Maintain, support and develop Workplace endpoint management solutions, including Microsoft SCCM, Intune and Autopilot.
- Create, package and maintain Microsoft Office and third-party software deployments across the estate.
- Deliver effective patch management for server and client environments (OS and Office), ensuring security and compliance.
- Provide 3rd line support to Group IT Technical Support teams, ensuring stability and performance of all associated tools and services.
- Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) and drive resolution of complex technical issues.
- Share knowledge and upskill UWS analysts and Technical Support teams to improve service quality and response times.
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, user guides and training materials.
- Contribute to the Mller Knowledge Base and support the definition and evolution of standards and policies.
- Participate in Workplace Services projects, delivering solutions on time, within budget and aligned to stakeholder expectations.
Understanding of IT infrastructure.
