We are looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Engineering Technician to join our high-performing team at the Market Drayton Butter Plant. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Engineering Technician or Shift Technician to step into a role where they can make a real impact in a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment.

What we are looking for in a Multi-Skilled Engineering Technician:

  • Completion of a recognised engineering apprenticeship
  • Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer, Engineering Technician, or Shift Technician in a fast-moving manufacturing or logistics setting
  • Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills (HNC level or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with automation and CI tools is a plus
  • Solid background in maintenance and reliability engineering

Key responsibilities of the Engineering Technician role:

  • Deliver high-quality scheduled and reactive maintenance across the site
  • Rapidly diagnose faults and restore equipment to service
  • Identify root causes and implement cost-effective solutions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and FMEA activities
  • Work with electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings
  • Apply basic automation skills for fault finding and resolution
