Location: Telford (Hybrid, 3 days per week on site)

The Opportunity
We're looking for a Development Technologist to join our UK R&D team.
You'll lead product development projects from concept to launch, managing R&D activities through the Product Evolution Process (PEP) while delivering innovative dairy products that meet consumer, customer and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimise recipes, ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, nutritional and legal requirements.
- Create and present new product concepts and conduct kitchen, pilot plant and factory trials.
- Manage product testing, shelf-life studies and project documentation.
- Support scale-up activities and product launches, working closely with production teams.
- Source and approve new ingredients, build supplier relationships and manage briefs.
- Contribute to project planning, risk management, costings and stakeholder updates.
- Ensure all development work complies with Mller standards and relevant legislation.
About You
- Degree qualified in Food Science, Dairy Technology or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of dairy science, processing and nutrition.
- Experience in food or dairy product development is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Passion for food innovation with a creative mindset.
- Effective communicator and team player, able to manage multiple projects.
- Comfortable travelling to Mller sites and co-packers across the UK when required.
