Our Marketing Graduate Programme is designed to develop the next generation of Marketing leaders within Mller. Over the course of the programme, you will help in leading the development of the dairy category in the UK, working closely with retailers and our account teams. As a graduate, you'll gain hands-on experience in analysing product and consumer data, generating key business insights, and supporting the launch of innovative products, all while developing essential skills that are invaluable for a range of future careers. You will work on real projects and receive tailored training to build a strong foundation for your career in Marketing. After completing the programme, you'll continue to expand your expertise, preparing for a senior role within the Marketing department.

As a Mller Marketing Graduate, you will be responsible for:

  • Market and Brand Analysis: Conduct sharp, data-driven analysis of brand and market information to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Consumer Expertise: Become a passionate expert on your consumer, understanding their needs and preferences to help shape the brand's direction.
  • Brand Ownership: Take charge of the day-to-day management of the brand segment you are responsible for, ensuring its growth and alignment with overall brand objectives.
  • Brand Portfolio Management: Contribute to the performance of a specific part of the brand portfolio by monitoring key metrics, recommendations improvements, and motivating cross-functional teams to drive success.
  • Collaborative Group Projects: Work alongside other graduates on a group project, enhancing teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • Design and Packaging Development: Oversee external design agencies and lead the in-house packaging process, ensuring smooth collaboration between the packaging department and factories to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What Will You Need?

  • A STEM or business-related Degree: at 2:1 or above, completed within the last three years
  • Travel: Flexibility to travel to other Mller sites for the purpose of project work or learning activities with expenses covered
  • UK Driver's License: Must hold a full UK driving license
  • UK Residency: Eligibility to work in the UK and not be in any full-time education
