With significant investment transforming our site into one of the most advanced dairy facilities in the UK, we're now expanding our engineering team and looking for Engineering Technicians to play a key role in supporting a highly automated, next-generation production environment.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of modern manufacturing - combining cutting-edge technology, large-scale automation and ongoing site transformation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to maximise equipment reliability.
  • Responding to breakdowns efficiently, minimising downtime in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and engineering upgrades.
  • Collaborating with operations to drive safety, quality and performance.
  • Supporting the installation, commissioning and integration of new equipment.

What you'll be working with:

  • Highly automated process and filling lines with advanced PLC systems.
  • High-speed blow moulding and hygienic filling technology.
  • Multi-axis robotic packaging systems.
  • One of the UK's largest pallet cooling and transport systems.
  • Site-wide infrastructure including Combined Heat & Power (CHP), advanced compressed air systems, sustainability and recycling technologies.

What we're looking for:

  • A time-served Engineering Apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline.
  • Experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of reactive and preventative maintenance.
  • Experience working with automation, robotics or process equipment (desirable).
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • A team player committed to high safety and performance standards.
