We're recruiting for a Transfer Pricing Specialist/Manager to join our team at Market Drayton.
Location: Market Drayton
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday (40 hours)

What you'll do:
- Prepare the group's central transfer pricing documentation, such as the Master File and Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting.
- Support the local tax departments with compliance matters such as intercompany agreements and benchmarking studies.
- Review compliance with transfer pricing policies across the group and actively contribute to the optimisation and harmonisation of tax structures.
- Drive forward the digitalisation of our function.
- Define and implement methodologies for the entire range of our intra-group transactions.
- Support tax audits worldwide and contribute to the avoidance of disputes with tax authorities.
- Work together with other functions such as Treasury and Legal on challenging M&A projects.
- Monitor national and international tax developments to determine their relevance to the Mller Group.
What you'll bring:
- A university degree in law, business administration, economics or a related discipline, ideally with a specialisation in tax or finance.
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the tax department of a multinational enterprise or in a tax advisory firm.
- Sound practical exposure to international tax law and transfer pricing.
- Commercial acumen to further develop your understanding of supply chains and value drivers.
- Experience in the FMCG industry would be a plus.
- Confidence in working with AI tools and SAP, or a strong interest in developing these skills further.
- Willingness to travel and represent the Transfer Pricing team at our sites.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- German skills would be an advantage.
