Help Shape the Growth of the UK's Leading Gut Health Brand. Biotiful is the UK's number one kefir brand and one of the fastest-growing names in FMCG. As consumer demand for gut health products continues to grow, we're looking for a Customer Demand Manager to play a key role in ensuring our products are available on shelf, at the right time, in the right quantities. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business where your decisions directly influence customer service, product availability, waste reduction and commercial success. You'll work closely with major UK retailers, commercial teams, supply planning and production partners to turn demand signals into clear, accurate forecasts that drive the business forward.

What You'll Be Doing: As Customer Demand Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the demand planning process across the Biotiful portfolio and creating reliable forecasts that support both customers and the wider business.

  • Owning the end-to-end demand forecasting process across all products.
  • Working closely with major UK retailers to understand promotions, range reviews and volume-driving activities.
