We are currently recruiting for a Junior Business Analyst for a fixed term of 6 months to join our friendly team at Market Drayton. The successful candidate will help facilitate change by reviewing existing business processes and systems and defining requirements to support the business and drive efficiencies. You will provide a vital link between the business and systems teams understanding both elements to provide a channel for change.
Key responsibilities for the Junior Business Analyst will include:
- Requirements gathering from the SME population
- Learn and understand existing processes and systems to assist with change through project lifecycle.
- Define future state architecture for projects.
- Facilitate communication between project and business stakeholders, developers and software application engineers.
- Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders and persuade them of the benefits of new technology and strategies.
- Run workshops and training sessions.
- Document detailed requirements.
- Present detailed requirements to the business.
- Recommend and develop business products and solutions to meet ongoing and future requirements.
