You'll lead product development projects from concept to launch, managing R&D activities through the Product Evolution Process (PEP) while delivering innovative dairy products that meet consumer, customer and business needs.\n Key Responsibilities \n \n• Develop and optimise recipes, ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, nutritional and legal requirements.\n \n• Create and present new product concepts and conduct kitchen, pilot plant and factory trials.\n \n• Manage product testing, shelf-life studies and project documentation.\n \n• Support scale-up activities and product launches, working closely with production teams.\n \n• Source and approve new ingredients, build supplier relationships and manage briefs.\n \n• Contribute to project planning, risk management, costings and stakeholder updates.\n \n• Ensure all development work complies with Mller standards and relevant legislation.\n About You \n \n• Degree qualified in Food Science, Dairy Technology or a related discipline.\n \n• Knowledge of dairy science, processing and nutrition.\n \n• Experience in food or dairy product development is desirable.\n \n• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.\n \n• Passion for food innovation with a creative mindset.\n \n• Effective communicator and team player, able to manage multiple projects.\n \n• Comfortable travelling to Mller sites and co-packers across the UK when required.\n Inclusive Recruitment \n \nAt Mller, we're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels they belong.
