What you'll be doing:

  • Managing customer orders using systems such as SAP and AS400, ensuring orders are accurate and on time
  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers and Supply Chain partners, resolving queries and service issues
  • Owning service level reporting and proactively identifying and resolving performance trends
  • Maintaining accurate customer data and communicating updates across the business
  • Supporting cross functional meetings and collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery
  • Creating and following standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and excellence

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in supply chain or customer service with strong Excel skills
  • A confident communicator with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Ability to manage priorities, solve problems and work to tight deadlines
  • A team player who takes ownership and builds strong relationships
  • Desirable experience with SAP, AS400 or Cognos and an understanding of FMCG supply chains
