Join our dynamic Early Careers Team at Mller UK as an Early Careers Co-ordinator Apprentice. You will play a crucial role in coordinating all apprentice activities, including attraction campaigns, supporting apprentices on the programme, and administering all Early Careers activities. The Early Careers UK Team are committed to helping you identify and complete a relevant apprenticeship to develop your skills whilst undertaking this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Campaigns: Order and maintain stock levels of materials for career fairs. Evaluate events for ROI and build a network of contacts. Review competition activities and book career fairs. Manage the Early Careers email inbox and maintain the Team Tailor site. Market campaigns for internal candidates.
- Assessment Centres: Facilitate assessment centres and introduce candidates to Mller. Communicate with candidates from the start of the campaign to offered roles.
- On-Boarding: Coordinate induction days and ensure regular contact points from offer to start date. Confirm taster days.
- Development Days: Arrange logistics for development days and gather feedback for future plans.
- Apprenticeship Administration: Maintain timelines for college blocks and update the Apprenticeship Tracker. Create and issue the annual apprenticeship survey. Support EPA planning and internal mover paperwork.
- Higher/Further Education: Manage English & Maths functional skill training. Enrol and share information for external commercially funded training.
Requirements:
- L2 GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4).
Essential Skills:
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proactive and uses initiative.
Desirable Skills:
- Keen interest in Early Careers, specifically Apprenticeships.
Soft Skills:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Team player with the ability to build relationships.
Work Experience:
- Demonstrated interest in working with young people.
- Experience in business administration activities is beneficial.
Special Requirements:
- Ability and desire to travel to UK sites and events regularly.
