We're looking for a Building Services Technician (Commercial Electrician) to support the maintenance and safe operation of our Severnside site. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a qualified electrician who also has experience across general building and facilities maintenance.

You'll play a key role in ensuring site reliability, carrying out electrical work alongside wider maintenance activities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs across the site (lighting, sockets, basic fault finding)
  • Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks
  • Perform general building maintenance (basic plumbing, carpentry, fabric repairs)
  • Support site compliance including permit to work, contractor control and Legionella
  • Maintain high standards of safety, water hygiene and building condition

Qualified or time-served Electrician (commercial/industrial) with experience in building services or site maintenance environments. A multi-skilled approach across electrical and general maintenance is required.
