  • Leading the delivery of the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to exit.
  • Building strong relationships with trade unions and site stakeholders to support business goals.
  • Coaching and supporting managers on people matters, policies and best practice.
  • Driving engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the site.
  • Using HR data and insights to influence decision making and improve performance.
  • Supporting workforce planning, talent development and succession activity.
  • Working closely with recruitment and HR teams to deliver an excellent candidate and onboarding experience.
  • Experience across core HR generalist activities with a solid understanding of HR policies and legislation.
  • Confidence delivering training and coaching stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data effectively.
  • A collaborative approach with empathy and emotional intelligence.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive employee data.
