Salary: £16.63ph - £28.50ph plus £40 weekly allowance
Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7 (Tuesday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm), 47.5 hours per week.
We are looking for a dedicated HGV Driver Trainer to support and develop our LGV drivers across the business.
- Strong communicator with hands-on driver training experience
- Confident delivering both practical and classroom-based training
- Experience using digital tachographs and compliance systems
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an LGV C+E driver
- LGV C+E licence
- Experience delivering driver training

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging driver training and development
- Support DCPC training and new driver inductions
- Promote safe and fuel-efficient driving
- Carry out driver assessments and post-incident training
- Help improve driver performance using KPIs and telematics
- Work closely with Transport and Compliance teams to ensure best practice
