Bridgwater Dairy (TA6 6DF) Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday - hybrid working 3 days on site Salary: Competitive + Benefits Site Finance Business Partner Key Responsibilities Partner with manufacturing leaders to improve financial and operational performance. Lead site budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes. Deliver clear analysis of site performance, costs and KPIs. Support and challenge operational teams to achieve business targets. Ensure robust financial controls, compliance and accurate stock reporting.
Review and support capital investment and cost-saving initiatives. Contribute to strategic planning and site improvement projects. Previous experience within FMCG or manufacturing environments.
