We are looking for an Account Manager to join the team here at MullenLowe, to work across an exciting fashion brand client as well as a global FMCG business. These clients are omnichannel, with a strong social element.

As an Account Manager, you are the bridge between the client and the Agency. You will manage the creative process, from brief to delivery and ensure the agency is meeting the client’s needs. Working with all the key functions, in particular strategy and creative teams, you'll help deliver impactful creative work that we can all be proud of. You are constantly solving problems, managing internal and external communications and driving risk-taking creative to completion.

There will be a range of projects to engage with at different levels, and the role presents a fantastic opportunity to apply skills and expertise developed in your career to date.

About you

You will be an Account Manager who has gained experience from an advertising, production environment, with strong experience working on social content campaigns. Passionate about the impact you can have, you will be an excellent communicator who is able to build solid relationships and use your infectious energy to influence and excite others as you go. You will have heaps of initiative and be happy to roll your sleeves up to lead and support your team with determination. We are looking for someone who is a natural connector who enjoys working with different people across internal and external teams. You will be comfortable presenting to clients and have an exceptional eye for detail.

A brilliant juggler, you are able to manage a multitude of different projects and integrated campaign deliverables at once.
