Main Duties and Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional service. Assist customers in selecting domestic appliances, bathrooms and home improvement products to suit their needs and budget. Develop strong product knowledge across a range of leading brands. Process sales transactions accurately using the till and point-of-sale systems. Maintain attractive and well-stocked showroom displays. Handle customer enquiries by telephone, email and in person. Support online and in-store sales activities. Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Assist with stock control, pricing and merchandising. Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience. Essential Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
