  • Develop CNC programs (3-axis through 5-axis) for new and rework parts using CAM software
  • Optimize tool paths, feeds, speeds, and tooling selection for cycle time and surface finish
  • Work directly from engineering prints, 3D models, and customer drawings
  • Collaborate with machinists during first-piece setup and program proofing
  • Maintain program library, post-processors, and tooling documentation
  • Support continuous improvement of CNC programming standards across the shop

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop CNC programs (3-axis through 5-axis) for new and rework parts using CAM software

Education & Experience

  • 3+ years of CNC programming experience in a job-shop or production environment
  • Proficiency in Mastercam, Esprit, or comparable CAM software
  • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation
  • Working knowledge of 5-axis programming preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs in progress
