- Optimize tool paths, feeds, speeds, and tooling selection for cycle time and surface finish
- Work directly from engineering prints, 3D models, and customer drawings
- Collaborate with machinists during first-piece setup and program proofing
- Maintain program library, post-processors, and tooling documentation
- Support continuous improvement of CNC programming standards across the shop
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Education & Experience
- 3+ years of CNC programming experience in a job-shop or production environment
- Proficiency in Mastercam, Esprit, or comparable CAM software
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation
- Working knowledge of 5-axis programming preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs in progress
