About the role
Mulier Care Solutions is recruiting domiciliary Healthcare Assistants to provide compassionate, reliable care in people's homes across Bromley and Bexley. You will support clients with their daily routines while promoting their dignity, choices and independence.
Your responsibilities
You will assist with personal care, meals, mobility and companionship in line with each client’s care plan. You will record visits accurately, report changes in a client’s wellbeing promptly and follow safeguarding, infection prevention and medication procedures. You must attend calls on time and work alongside another carer whenever a visit requires two staff members.
What we are looking for
You will have experience providing domiciliary care and be confident using electronic care management (ECM) systems and care apps to read care plans and complete visit records. You should be caring, dependable, able to communicate clearly and comfortable travelling between client visits.
